Roadside Services and Solutions (RSS) enters a new era of operations with plans to strengthen its South Australia and Northern Territory operations and grow its services in these two Australian states.
This month, RSS sold its Victorian linemarking and civil operations to new business entity Roadside Safety Solutions.
Late last year RSS began the sale of its Victorian divisions with the successful sale of its signs manufacturing division to Jaybro.
RSS CEO Craig Woods says this final sale of the Victorian divisions sees RSS exit from Victoria after a very successful 15 years operating in the state.
“The time was right for us to leave Victoria and focus on our biggest growth centres of South Australia and the Northern Territory where we are providing a first-class service to customers. We are very committed to keep our focus here to ensure our delivery of jobs and manufacturing of signs remains a leader in the industry,” Craig Woods said.
“We were especially pleased that with both sales we were able to transfer all staff to the new owners and protect jobs and accrued worker entitlements.”
Roadside Safety Solutions is very keen to continue the Roadside good reputation in the delivery of services.
