Adelaide City Council needed to create a physical barrier at both ends of the Rundle Mall pedestrian shopping precinct. A solid solution was needed to provide safety for pedestrian, traders, and motorists while also enabling authorised vehicle access.
Our retractable energy absorbing bollards provided the perfect solution for Rundle Mall. We installed 20 static energy absorbing bollards and six retractable EABs. We were able to design, develop, and install the full solution in a short period of time, in accordance with project specifications.
