Jared Watkins

Managing Director

Jared is one of our co-founders and has directed the growth of Roadside Services into a leading provider of road safety solutions. Before starting Roadside, Jared held senior positions as a National Production Manager and Business Development Manager at other companies. He brings more than 20 years of business experience and relationships to his role.

Craig Woods

Director—South Australia and Northern Territory

Craig is co-founder of the company and is responsible for a great deal of Roadside's development. Craig has worked in road services for nearly 20 years, gaining invaluable industry knowledge and expertise. Craig is responsible for expanding the national footprint of Roadside Services, having established our operations in South Australia and the Northern Territory.

Jim Parke

Company Secretary and Director

Jim has an impressive legal background with more than 25 years of experience in litigation, corporate governance and employment law. Recognised by Doyle's Guide as one of the country's best lawyers, he is the only Australian to ever hold the office of President of Crime Stoppers International. He served two terms on Toowoomba City Council and twice served as the mayor of the City of Boroondara. Jim is also a Fellow of CPA Australia and an Accredited Specialist (Business Law).

Daryl Evans

National Manager—Business Development

Daryl’s career has seen him lead the business development and marketing for a number of major Australian and international companies. He has significant expertise in project management, commercial management, change management, manufacturing, strategy and process implementation, and people and culture. Daryl holds a Bachelor of Business Management (Marketing) degree from the University of South Australia. Daryl’s major motivator is driving success among staff and people, which in turn creates success for Roadside Services and Solutions and its clients.

Catherine Vickers

National Manager—Human Resources and Workplace Relations

Catherine is an experienced human resources consultant with a strong track record of implementing procedures that enhance personal and corporate performance. Previous positions include senior HR roles at Foster’s Group Ltd and Carlton and United Breweries Ltd. Catherine is a champion of workplace flexibility and is a professional member of the Australian Human Resources Institute.

Andrea Dunkley

Manager—Corporate Services

Andrea is an experienced manager with an extensive background in accounting and law firms. She holds a Graduate Certificate in Business Management (Organisational Leadership) from Swinburne University of Technology. Andrea drives business administration efficiencies and helps Roadside Services to constantly deliver best practice in its service and product delivery.

Yolanda Torrisi

Executive Manager Corporate Affairs

Yolanda has 30 years of media and public relations experience from working directly in media publishing, business development, client engagement and investor and community relations. Yolanda has managed the media and public relations portfolios for a number of high-profile Australian companies and organisations.

Glenn McAsey

Civil Works Manager

Glenn leads teams of qualified experts in the field. He is a talented and experienced professional whose expertise includes sign installation and guardrail manufacturing and installation. Previously he worked as a traffic product specialist for national companies operating in Melbourne. His most significant professional achievements include project managing major road infrastructure upgrades such as the Monash M1 Freeway, Peninsula Link and the M80 Ring Road upgrade project.

Nick Stanway

Manufacturing Manager

Nick overseas manufacturing at Roadside's Victorian factory in Bayswater. He brings many years of experience in the construction, retail and signage industries. He holds a Bachelor of Industrial Design from Swinburne University of Technology, a Diploma of Polymer Technology, a Diploma of Project Management and a Diploma of Furnishing Technology. Nick is highly experienced in industrial signage, screen printing, estimating and production management.

Gary Park

Production Quality Manager

Gary oversees the production of all our signs. He has numerous years of experience in the industry and his knowledge is extensive. His areas of expertise include signage, screenprinting, estimating and production management. Gary maintains our high production standards and ensures our timelines are met.

Ben Dickson

Production and Installation Manager

Ben's skills and deep industry knowledge give clients strong confidence in Roadside's work delivery. His expertise has helped Roadside to grow and succeed in South Australia. One of Ben's greatest professional achievements is completing the bollard installation works in Rundle Mall. Ben is an active community member and volunteers in junior sport coaching.

Jamie Moxham

Linemarking Manager

Jamie oversees linemarking operations and has nearly 30 years of experience in the industry. His portfolio is full of highlights, including managing the linemarking works at some of Victoria's major road construction projects and leading the team that installed the blue marathon line for the Sydney 2000 Olympics. Jamie is a mentor to his team and assists them to undertake further studies and upgrade their skills.

Ronald Ang

Project Engineer

Ron holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering and brings significant design experience to our engineering development projects. His expertise includes civil engineering and works, installation of Energy Absorbing Bollards (EAB) and other installation projects. His career highlights include directly managing more than 40 workers to deliver a drainage project valued at $8.5 million.


David Ross

Sales Executive—Victoria

David Ross is highly experienced in a number of different roles in the road safety industry. His professional experience includes inspecting damaged VicRoads assets, liaising with councils to ensure they have adequate road safety systems in place, and working on some of Melbourne’s largest infrastructure projects.

Tom Grundy

Sales Executive—Victoria

Tom Grundy has extensive experience working on numerous iconic developments across Australia providing design and construct capabilities and managing contracts. He excels in working with head contractors to solve problems and deliver exceptional projects that surpass client expectations.

Tom holds a Bachelor of Business in marketing and international business and has worked across business development, international sales, sales strategy, process implementation, manufacturing, project management and customer relations.

Tom's greatest motivational driver at work is delivering customer satisfaction.

Kim Poole

Sales Executive—South Australia

Kim has a great deal of experience in a variety of different sales, marketing and management roles. As a Sales Executive, Kim draws on many years of industry experience in earthmoving and mining, local government, civil construction and agriculture.

Justin Angus

Sales Executive – South Australia

Justin Angus joins the Roadside sales team bringing a wealth of knowledge and respect in relationships with local government authorities in South Australia, the Northern Territory and Western Australia.

With more than 28 years in sales roles across industrial, electrical and automotive industries and working more closely with councils the past eight years, Justin can assist councils efficiently and effectively with all road, civil, guardrail and safety infrastructure requirements.

A strong knowledge of council requirements gives council officers the confidence all work scopes will be delivered on time and on budget through Justin's diligent management of the contract.

Bruce Leaver

Sales Executive—New South Wales

Bruce has extensive industry experience, having worked as a sales representative and area manager for 35 years. He also has a great deal of experience in road management solutions and his career highlights include being named Bristol Paints Rep of the Year three times.

Adriano Di Pierro

Sales Executive—Northern Territory

Ady has more than 20 years of industry experience in a variety of roles such as project management, sign and logo design, and sales. Ady is responsible for developing and managing Roadside's Northern Territory Operations and represents our membership in the Traffic Management Association of Australia.
