Our response to COVID-19
As the COVID-19 situation continues to unfold, our highest priority remains the safety of our people and the public. We remain open for business and are working hard to minimise disruption to the delivery of our products and services.

Since January 2020, our business continuity team has been coordinating our strategies and responses. We have clear, tested plans, that will enable us to maintain operations and continue to serve our customers and other stakeholders who depend upon us.

As a proud Australian-owned business, we continue to manufacture at our factories in Melbourne, Adelaide and Darwin. We have never been in the business of supplying cheap imported products from China. We maintain high levels of stock have a strong supply chain. We will continue to monitor closely and respond to any potential impacts to our broader supply chain.

We are proud to be providing essential support all over Australia and we will continue to do our very best to serve our community during these challenging times. The nature of some of the services performed by Roadside requires prioritisation at times – particularly in respect of emergency works. If there is likely to be any delay to agreed timelines, we will (as always) liaise with you to minimise inconvenience.

Roadside is committed to playing its part in building a COVIDSafe Australia and requires all visitors to our premises to download and install the COVIDSafe app on their mobile phone and ensure it is open and Bluetooth® is enabled.  Upon arrival at our premises, you will be subjected to infra-red temperature screening.  Hand sanitiser is available at all entrances and we encourage its use.  At our Victorian premises, you must wear a face mask at all times.

You will be required to maintain social distancing of at least 1.5 metres away from others.  If you reside or work in an area subject to lock-down, we ask that you telephone us before attending our premises, so that we can agree on how to facilitate your requirements.

We will not permit entry to our premises if you:

  • returned from overseas travel in the last 14 days
  • have Coronavirus (COVID-19) or any associated symptoms
  • have been in contact with a person with Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Please contact us if you need assistance during this challenging time. We’re here on 1300 022 222 or through our contact us page.
