Since January 2020, our business continuity team has been coordinating our strategies and responses. We have clear, tested plans, that will enable us to maintain operations and continue to serve our customers and other stakeholders who depend upon us. As a proud Australian-owned business, we continue to manufacture at our factories in Melbourne, Adelaide and Darwin. We have never been in the business of supplying cheap imported products from China. We maintain high levels of stock have a strong supply chain. We will continue to monitor closely and respond to any potential impacts to our broader supply chain.
We are proud to be providing essential support all over Australia and we will continue to do our very best to serve our community during these challenging times. The nature of some of the services performed by Roadside requires prioritisation at times – particularly in respect of emergency works. If there is likely to be any delay to agreed timelines, we will (as always) liaise with you to minimise inconvenience.
Roadside is committed to playing its part in building a COVIDSafe Australia and requires all visitors to our premises to check in immediately upon arrival at our premises and submit to infra-red temperature screening. Hand sanitiser is available at all entrances throughout our premises and we encourage its use. At our Victorian premises, you must wear a face mask at all times.
