On a pitch perfect day in Adelaide recently, the Roadside team swapped sales and marketing of road signs, energy absorbing bollards and infrastructure replacement and renewal works for the golf course.

The Australian Gas Infrastructure Group Women in Gas Golf Day saw a record number of participants take to the North Adelaide Par 3 Golf Course on Friday, 11 November.

Roadside Services and Solutions provided a barbecue and drinks on the 5th hole and also a number of Endota Spa voucher prizes for the winners.

Roadside Services and Solutions is a major supplier of energy absorbing bollards to the Australian Gas Infrastructure Group, used to protect gas infrastructure assets.

Roadside Managing Director Craig Woods said Roadside’s Lonsdale operations also supply signs to the company to delineate the gas line.

“It was an absolutely perfect day to get out of the office and support the women’s golf day. Our barbecue and drinks station at hole 5 was a really big hit.

“Kim Poole and Justin Angus of our sales team and Kelly Hall from our civil administration team had a great time keeping the golfers well fed and hydrated. Our barbecue offerings were chorizo, halumi cheese, bacon and sausages with selections of softdrinks, white wine and champagne to keep all the teams motivated.”

Of course the day was perfect for Roadside’s promotional endeavours with a bit of on course product display on the day. Roadside showcased its EAB and RAM48 bollards, signage and capabilities in civil work infrastructure projects.

The Roadside team extends its congratulations to Australian Gas Infrastructure Group Business Development Representative Keileigh Marra and the team for organising an exceptional day of golf and networking.

“The Roadside team is proud to support local and community events and pleased we were able to contribute to the day’s success,” Craig Woods said.
