Two young men Jared Watkins and Craig Woods had a vision in 2009 to provide a service that would give customers an outstanding solution in the provision of roads and other traffic infrastructure.

Business started with a fax plugged into a powerpoint in a shed they rented and no customers to contact and no one to contact them.

Years of previous experience in the industry, hard work, enthusiasm and a passion for delivering products and work that is completed to the highest standards created a following of loyal clients that continues to grow daily.

Ten years on, Roadside Services and Solutions employs almost 100 staff in signs manufacturing, engineering, civil works, guardrail installation, bollards supply and installation and line marking operations and is creating a safer environment for everyone.

In 2018 the company received its certifications in Quality, Environment and Occupational Health and Safety and been highly praised by major corporate clients for its dedication to excellence.

Roadside Services and Solutions has manufacturing facilities in Melbourne, Adelaide and Darwin and staff representation in every other capital city in Australia.

Later this year, Roadside Services and Solutions takes the next step in its growth journey and moves to a state-of-the-art facility in Bayswater, Melbourne which trebles the footprint of its current operations and will set the stage for the company’s continuing growth into the next 10 years.

Roadside Services and Solutions Managing Director Jared Watkins says, “We wouldn’t be where we are today without two of the most important assets we hold – our amazing staff and their dedication to their job and our company, and our loyal customers who continue to engage our services and recommend us to other companies.
