Michael Eichner has been a valued member of the Roadside Services & Solutions team for more than 14 years, bringing extensive experience and hands-on knowledge to his role as Production Manager.

Michael’s career in the industry began with another signage manufacturing company, where he spent three years before joining Roadside. Since then, he has developed strong expertise across all areas of production, including laminating, router operations, the Agfa printer, and design software such as Casmate and Adobe Illustrator. His comprehensive skills ensure every project is managed with precision and care.

Known for his practical approach and commitment to quality, Michael is motivated by a simple philosophy: “Take pride in everything you do and make sure each sign is done correctly the first time.” This mindset has made him a dependable leader within the production team, ensuring that every sign leaving the factory meets the highest standards.

Beyond the workplace, Michael has also experienced the thrill of teamwork and success through his involvement in winning a football premiership - a reflection of the same dedication and team spirit he brings to Roadside every day.
