Road and Civil case study

Hickory Construction Group

Overview

The Hickory Construction Group needed a variety of solutions to create safe workzones for ongoing civil works. The worksite required signsEnergy Absorbing Bollards (EABs), linemarking and a construction traffic management plan (CTMP).

The project also required civil works to reinstate the footpath and road after the completion of the necessary works.

Solution

Our team inspected the site and consulted with Hickory to discuss their requirements and any issues which could arise with the location of signage and traffic in the area.

We provided a full solution to create a safe workzone using EABs, signage, linemarking and the CTMP. The final result was compliant with all Australian standards and kept pedestrians, cyclists and motorists safe during the works.
