Roadside Services and Solutions (RSS) has successfully delivered a critical safety and infrastructure upgrade for the District Council of Yankalilla, improving road user safety and protecting vital assets along Rogers Road in Myponga. A challenging site in a unique landscape Rogers Road is a 2km unsealed, no‑through road servicing several farming properties on the south‑western tip of the Fleurieu Peninsula. The road climbs steadily from Pages Flat Road and crosses the Myponga River just 150 metres from its northern end. RSS Engineering delivers customised bollard replacement works for Adelaide Airport multi storey car park
Roadside Services and Solutions (RSS) Engineering has successfully completed a specialised bollard replacement project for Adelaide Airport Limited, resolving a priority safety maintenance issue within the airport’s busy multi‑storey car park. The works involved the supply, manufacture, and installation of new medium‑duty stainless‑steel bollards on Level 2 of the car park, replacing units that had been damaged by vehicles and were no longer in place. To maximise material efficiency, RSS Engineering also manufactured four additional spare bollards using the stainless‑steel tubing ordered for the project. Roadside Services and Solutions’ (RSS) Adelaide manufacturing plant is powering ahead, producing high-quality, fit-for-purpose work zone protection systems for worksites and construction zones across Australia. Led by Warrick Stirling, the team continues to grow both its product range and its skilled workforce. RSS Chief Executive Officer Craig Woods says the company is committed to training the next generation of trades people and strengthening its in-house expertise, hiring apprentices to undertake a Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade.
