• Introduces and manages Sage People Pay HRIS to streamline performance, training, and payroll administration.
• Champions learning, development, and fostering employee growth through tailored coaching and development plans.
• Administers payroll and HRIS for a 130-member workforce while managing workplace relocations and organizational restructuring projects.

Catherine’s Roadside HR expertise was honed during her 15 years at Carlton & United Breweries (CUB) and Foster's Group Limited, where she served in various HR leadership roles, including:
• HR Business Partner roles across multiple divisions (Supply, Sales, and Corporate).
• Talent and Organizational Development Advisor.
• HR Manager overseeing large teams and implementing critical talent and succession planning frameworks.
Her time at CUB and Foster's allowed her to lead key projects, including integration initiatives, employee engagement programs, and organizational change management.
