Two new team members strengthen Roadside’s South Australia manufacturing team

Roadside Services and Solutions is proud to welcome two new team members to our South Australia signs manufacturing division: Lena Regan and Allison Henry. Their arrival is especially meaningful as we celebrate International Women’s Day, a moment to recognise the contribution, capability, and leadership of women across our business.

This year’s theme highlights the importance of inclusion, opportunity, and representation,  values that Roadside continues to champion across all levels of our organisation.

Welcoming Lena Regan

Lena joins Roadside with more than two decades of hands‑on experience across customer service, site supervision, and small‑business operations.

Her background in fast‑paced environments, combined with her ability to manage operations independently, makes her a valuable addition to our manufacturing team. Lena’s practical skills, reliability, and customer‑focused mindset align perfectly with Roadside’s commitment to delivering high‑quality products and service.

Introducing Allison Henry

Originally from Lyon, France, Allison brings an impressive blend of qualifications, creativity, and hands‑on labour experience. With a Master’s degree in Graphic Design (2023) and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Management (2021), Allison adds a fresh perspective to our signage production environment.

Her work history spans hospitality, agriculture, manufacturing, and logistics, demonstrating her adaptability and strong work ethic.

Strengthening a strong cohort of women at Roadside

Lena and Allison join an already impressive group of women contributing across Roadside’s South Australia and Northern Territory operations, including:

  • Yolanda Torrisi – Executive Manager & Director
  • Catherine Vickers – Human Resources Manager
  • Andrea Dunkley – Chief Financial Officer
  • Mihaela Woods – Civil Works Emergency Responder
  • Kelly Hall – Civil Works Administrator
  • Stacy Willcocks – Customer Service Officer, Manufacturing
  • Judith Winter – Production Manager

These women play a vital role in shaping Roadside’s culture, performance, and commitment to excellence. Their leadership and capability reflect the spirit of International Women’s Day, empowering women, creating pathways, and celebrating the strength of diverse teams.

A message from CEO Craig Woods

CEO Craig Woods welcomed the new appointments and acknowledged the contribution of women across the business:

“Roadside’s success is built on the strength and diversity of our people. The women across our South Australia and Northern Territory teams play an essential role in our operations, culture, and innovation. We’re thrilled to welcome Lena and Allison, and we look forward to the energy, skill, and fresh perspectives they bring to our 49‑strong workforce.”
